What you get each week
- An email on Monday with the top rows for your coverage area and counts by metro.
- A CSV attached with every row for that area, ready to open in Excel or load into a CRM.
- One row per business. A bar that files for three licence types shows up once, not three times.
- Licence stage and dates: applied, licensed, tax permit. Earlier stages mean the business is usually still choosing vendors. How the stages work.
- Noise removed. We drop obvious non-food businesses and sole proprietors. Some will still slip through; see how it works for the honest numbers.

Free weekly lists
Every week we publish the names, cities and filing dates, without street addresses, for free: new restaurants and bars in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and the rest of Texas. The paid file adds the street address, license types and links to the public records.
What it is not
It is not a contact list. There are no phone numbers or personal email addresses, and rows are not exclusive or guaranteed to open. It is a weekly list of who has just applied for a licence or permit, so your outreach is early and relevant instead of generic. TX Openings is not affiliated with TABC or the Texas Comptroller.
Frequently asked questions
Does the file include phone numbers or email addresses?
No. The public records we use do not contain them. You get the business name and address, the licence stage, the dates and the type of business. You find the right contact through the business's own website or a visit.
Is this exclusive?
No. Every subscriber covering the same area gets the same file. We do not sell exclusive leads.
Is TX Openings connected to TABC or the Comptroller?
No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission or the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. We republish public records and add cleaning, matching and delivery.
Can I pay yet?
Not yet. Right now we send free sample weeks and will tell you when subscriptions open at $39 a month for one metro or $79 a month for all of Texas.
